Annual Membership Agreement Notice for Vendors
By signing up for an annual membership with Your Neighborhood Farmers Market Association (YNFMA), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. At Your Neighborhood Farmers Market Association (YNFMA), we are committed to providing valuable opportunities, resources, and support to our members. To ensure the continued success of our markets and vendor programs, we maintain the following No Refund Policy on all YNFMA Annual Memberships::
- Automatic Annual Renewal: The membership fee will be automatically debited from your account on an annual basis.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Click on the unsubscribe below.
- Payment Processing: The payment setup is managed directly by you, and YNFMA does not store or retain any of your payment information.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Once the funds are withdrawn, YNFMA does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
- Third-Party Processing: YNFMA does not have control over the transaction once funds are deducted, as it is facilitated through the payment processing system you selected during registration.
- Non-Refundable Membership Fees All annual membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies regardless of whether the member chooses to participate in YNFMA events, markets, or programs.
- No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds:Â YNFMA does not offer partial refunds or pro-rated refunds for unused membership time or benefits.
- Membership Transfers:Â Memberships are non-transferable and may not be assigned or sold to another vendor or individual.
- Cancellation Policy Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued upon cancellation.
- Changes in Membership Benefits:Â YNFMA reserves the right to adjust membership benefits, offerings, and event schedules. Such changes do not entitle members to refunds or reimbursements.
