🎃 Harvest Festival

The Harvest Festival is our signature annual fall celebration featuring a large community crowd, live music, children’s games and activities, special seasonal attractions, expanded food selections, homemade desserts, farm-fresh fall produce, award-winning vendors, and a high-energy festival atmosphere.

Guests can shop seasonal favorites such as farm-fresh apples from Apple Valley Orchard, French pears from Austin, Texas, winter squash, pumpkins, homemade baked goods, handcrafted décor, specialty foods, artisan products, and unique items for their pantry, table, and home.

The Harvest Festival is designed as a large-scale community event celebrating the flavors, colors, traditions, and spirit of autumn.

🛍️ Harvest Market

The Harvest Market is a seasonal farmers market experience held during the fall season. Guests can shop farm-fresh produce, seasonal foods, homemade treats, artisan goods, handcrafted products, home décor, and specialty items in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere while supporting local farmers and small businesses.

While smaller than the festival, each Harvest Market still offers fresh seasonal products, community shopping, and the signature YNFMA experience.

🛍️ Vendor Requirements

A clean, professional appearance helps us create an attractive and upscale shopping experience for our guests. White tents are required. Tent rentals may be available if needed. Vendor insurance is required. One-day policies may be available. Booth displays must remain clean, attractive, and customer-ready. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, tent weights, and supplies unless a rental arrangement has been confirmed. Vendors are encouraged to offer autumn-inspired, handmade, farm-fresh, specialty food, boutique, or seasonal products. All products, signage, and displays must be professional and appropriate for a family-friendly event. Vendors are expected to remain open and fully stocked throughout the festival.

⚠️ Vendor Spaces Are Limited

To support strong vendor sales and provide guests with a high-quality shopping experience, booth spaces and vendor categories are intentionally limited.

Once a category reaches capacity, registration will close immediately. The best booth locations are assigned first, and serious vendors are encouraged to secure their spaces early.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on product quality, presentation, professionalism, category availability, and overall fit for the festival.
